Troubleshooting - Problems in Your CV

Problems and solutions

You want to get a job not in the field you are qualified for.

Emphasize your work experience and the results you have achieved until now in your work.
Emphasize those moments of your qualification (for example those subjects), that are related to the desired position you want to apply for.
Express your willingness (or plans) to study and develop yourself in the new area.

Express your intention to work on the given area and explain why you have selected this area.
Emphasize experience attained while working and within it the skills you can transfer (for example writing skills, communicative skills, being able to organize, etc.).
Let the interviewer know your qualifications, courses you have taken that may be important in the selected area.

Too many workplaces

Do not mention your previous workplaces where you spent only short time. Indicate just the years in your CV and not the months.

Your employment is short and there are holes in it

Emphasize your qualifications and your additional courses in more details.
